Premier Property Cleaning – Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

Standard Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur any charge.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the agreed booking fee.

Same-Day Cancellations

Appointments cancelled on the day of the booking, or where we are unable to gain access to the property upon arrival, may be charged 100% of the booking fee.

Missed Appointments

If our team arrives at the agreed time and cannot gain access to the property, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule appointments wherever possible. We kindly ask that any changes are requested as early as possible to help us accommodate your preferred date.

Our Commitment

If we ever need to cancel or rearrange your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available appointment at no additional cost.
