These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Premier Property Cleaning . By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings

Appointments can be made by phone, email or social media. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once agreed by both parties.

2. Quotations

Any quotation provided is based on the information supplied by the customer. If the condition or size of the property differs significantly from the information provided, we reserve the right to adjust the quoted price before or during the service.

3. Access to the Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring we have safe and timely access to the property at the agreed appointment time. If we are unable to gain access, a call-out fee or cancellation charge may apply.

4. Cleaning Services

We provide professional cleaning services to a high standard using quality cleaning products and equipment. While we take every care, we cannot guarantee the removal of permanent stains, mould, limescale build-up, or damage caused by wear and tear.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide access to running water and electricity.

Inform us of any fragile, valuable, or delicate items before the clean.

Ensure pets are safely secured where necessary.

Notify us of any health or safety hazards within the property.

6. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment by:

Bank transfer or

Our specified accounting software

Late payments may incur additional charges.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, arrange to revisit the affected areas at no additional cost.

8. Damage & Breakages

Although every care is taken while cleaning, accidents can occasionally happen.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service. If damage is found to have been caused by our negligence, we will work with you to repair, replace, or compensate for the item where appropriate.

We cannot accept responsibility for:

Existing damage

General wear and tear

Poorly secured fixtures or fittings

Items not disclosed as fragile

9. Health & Safety

Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse work where conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or pose a risk to health and wellbeing.

10. Cancellation

Our Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Changes to Bookings

We will always do our best to accommodate changes to appointment dates and times. However, this cannot be guaranteed and depends on availability.

12. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold to third parties.

13. Changes to These Terms

Premier Property Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
